Brilliant Teeth Whitening
Professional teeth whitening is faster, more effective, and longer-lasting than treatments you find over the counter. As we age, our teeth darken over time. We can brighten your teeth by five to ten shades in a single session, but maintaining good oral hygiene and steering away from certain foods and beverages will help keep future whitening services to a minimum. We may also prescribe some medication for you to use at home to aid in the whitening process.
In-Office Teeth Whitening
We provide professional-grade teeth whitening in our office to remove years of stains from your teeth in a single visit. This quick, non-invasive procedure can give you your best smile ever!
Procedure:
- Thorough cleansing and polishing of teeth
- Application of gum protectant
- Application of whitening agent
- The whitening agent is laser-activated
- The whitening agent is left on teeth for several minutes
- Teeth and gums are rinsed
At-Home Teeth Whitening
We also offer an option for convenient teeth whitening from the comfort of your home. Like our in-office procedure, at-home teeth whitening can lift stains up to 10-shades lighter, but gradually over time.
Procedure:
- Thorough cleansing and polishing of teeth (for best results, we recommend this step prior to whitening at home)
- Impressions are taken of teeth
- Custom whitening trays are made and fitted within 24-48 hours
- Teeth Whitening kits include upper and lower custom-fitted trays and professional-grade whitening gel.
Teeth Whitening Maintenance
To maintain a visibly whiter smile, you’ll want to refrain from certain foods and drinks that can stain your teeth and incorporate brushing and flossing twice a day. Future whitening treatments can also help maintain a visibly whiter smile.
Things to avoid:
- Tobacco products
- Coffee and tea
- Red Wine
- Food coloring
- Any bright-colored drinks
